Workforce Development
Workforce Development
Culpeper County takes workforce development seriously. We opened the $17 million Culpeper Technical Education Center in 2021 to train the upcoming generations of Culpeper’s workforce. It was placed next to the Culpeper Campus of Germanna Community College to allow natural synergies.
It isn’t just young learners Culpeper trains. Germanna Community College’s western campus is in Culpeper County. New Pathways teaches machining basics.
These programs of work are adapting to current and new employers to consistently be producing the workforce needed today.
